Our staff are pretty fanatical about checking their email, and we make a point of being really responsive to our clients. So if you have an urgent question, you can be assured of hearing back from us promptly.
Of course, with clients and staff spread around the world, sometimes we have to wait until the sun comes up, a plane lands after a trans-oceanic flight, etc, to reach someone. Even so, that means the longest we're normally out of touch is 12 hours, and we endeavor to reply much sooner when we can.
We make sure clients going through critical phases of a project have appropriate contact details; quite frequently we're directly involved, but regardless we ensure we are well connected during such periods so we can be in touch by voice as well as electronically.

Well, actually, there is no such thing as a typical project, because every engagement with a client is unique.
We are willing to do projects as short as a single day, and as long as many months. Really what matters is what the outcomes to be achieved are, and how we will go about achieving them. Quite often, that means periods of high intensity, followed by lulls with ongoing follow-up, then a build-up leading to a period of high intensity again.

We will be there when you need us to be. Since we don't charge by the hour or the day, you can rely on us doing what needs to be done - we can spend an extra day if we feel it necessary; your staff can call us whenever the need arises, and you don't have to be afraid of additional fees.

Whether we are working broadly throughout your organization, or are way down in the trenches with the technical staff, we always maintain a clear relationship with the you, the person who engaged us to do the project. Indeed, one of our greatest values to clients is our ability to help you bridge between technology and business. We make sure you know what is going on, and that you are involved as much as you need to be to be confident that operations are proceeding on course.
Likewise, while a number of our staff, partners and representatives are independent subcontractors, when working together on a project for you Operational Dynamics will remain your primary point of contact and will remain accountable and responsive to you. None of this nonsense you get from the major outsourcers where the subcontractors go five levels deep and accountability is totally lost.
