Mark McCullins
CD, rmc, BEng, AGdM, PEXA

Mark is an experimental test pilot who specialises in the engineering,
development, test and evaluation of transport aircraft.
In addition to his experience in flight test, Mark has considerable
background in the operations field. He has been involved in planning large
scale multinational exercises, and has proven himself an expert in the field of
critical decision making under high stress. It is this experience he brings to
bear for Operational Dynamics. Mark has an uncanny ability to understand people
and to get to the heart of an issue without causing tension and, indeed,
helping a team to grow and improve its cohesiveness as a group.
The interface between people and technology is critical to successful
implementation of a new system. Mark is an expert in integrating the human
operator with complex systems, and delivering both the knowledge and motivation
required for successful operation.
It is a rare individual who combines knowledge of operations, engineering,
and training with a solid business foundation and experience in the
international arena. Mark combines all of those, and can bring that knowledge
and experience to your team.
Mark has a Bachelors degree in Chemicals and Materials Engineering from Royal
Military College at Kingston, Canada, and completed the demanding experimental test pilot course at
l'Ecole du Personnel Navigant d'Essais et de Réception at Istres,
France.
Mark and his wife are based in Alberta, Canada. Both are avid Scuba divers
and have explored some of the worlds most exotic dive sites.
Mark McCullins is our leadership practise lead. He also is heavily involved
in engagements that relate to the manaufacturing, resource, and aviation
sectors.
